I was born in Tartu County. After graduating from secondary school, I went to work at the Tartu City Court as a court session clerk to make sure that studying law at the university was the right direction for me. Later, I worked in the court office of the Tartu Circuit Court and also as a consultant. After obtaining my law clerk diploma from the Tallinn School of Economics in 1997, I worked as a judicial clerk in a real estate company and then in law firms, first as a judicial clerk, and as a lawyer from 2006. Since 1998, I have been acting as a trustee in bankruptcy and a liquidator, also giving me the opportunity to use my economic knowledge in my work. I studied entrepreneurship and economics at the Estonian Agricultural University, having graduated in 1998. I obtained my higher education in law at the University of Tartu School of Law in 2005.
Long-term experience in providing legal aid together with economic knowledge provides an opportunity to offer a complex service as an alternative to family mediation – the termination of personal and property relations upon separation, with the termination of joint business activities, if necessary, or temporary management by way of compromise.
In 2014, the Estonian Bar Association recognised me with the title of ‘Lawyer of the Year’.
I joined the team at Law Office Tetris in 2023.
I advise clients in Estonian, Russian and English.
